This policy explains how Belitung Go Where ("we", "us"), operated by GoWhere Guides, handles information when you use this site.
When you browse the site we and our hosting provider collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the time of your visit. When you submit or claim a listing, or use the contact form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number and business information.
We use technical data to run, secure and improve the site and to understand which pages are useful. We use the details you send us to review and publish listings, verify claims and reply to you. We do not sell your personal information.
The site uses essential cookies to keep it working and may use privacy-friendly analytics. Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap-based servers, which receive your IP address when a map is displayed.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site (such as hosting and email), when the law requires it, or with your consent. Business details you submit for a listing are published on the site.
You can ask us to correct or delete information you have given us, or to remove a listing you own, by using the contact form. We keep submissions only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Questions about privacy can be sent through the contact form on this site.
