Homestay Telage Bulan

Homestay Telage Bulan is a small, family-run guesthouse on the road to Bukit Berahu in Tanjung Binga, the fishing village on Belitung's north-west coast. It is a modest house with a smart orange-and-white frontage and a handful of rooms, and has earned perfect scores from its early guests.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, with good beds and fresh linen. The owner and her family are praised for their kindness, and practical touches help: early check-in is often possible, there is a food stall on site, and motorbikes can be rented for exploring the coast. Booking and enquiries are handled via WhatsApp.

Bukit Berahu beach, a quiet cove known for calm water and sunsets, is nearby, and the Sheraton, Swiss-Belresort and Tanjung Binga's harbour are all within a few minutes. Tanjung Kelayang's island-hopping jetty and Tanjung Tinggi are around 15 to 20 minutes by scooter, and Tanjung Pandan about half an hour. There is no ATM in the immediate area and card machines are limited, so bring enough cash. A friendly, low-cost base for the western end of the north coast.
