Dafam Resort Belitung

Dafam Resort is a modern, mid-sized hotel in Keciput, just back from Tanjung Kelayang beach on Belitung's north-west tip. It is one of the closest hotels to the main island-hopping jetty, so you can be on a boat to Pulau Lengkuas, Pulau Burung or Pulau Kelayang within minutes of breakfast.

Rooms are spacious, and ocean-view executive rooms have big balconies looking over the bay. There is a swimming pool with a sundeck, and the resort can arrange car rental and tours, including the nearby mangrove river trips. Most guests rate the staff and the location highly, with breakfast described as solid. As with several hotels on the coast, reviews flag inconsistent upkeep, from missing bedside lamps to one serious complaint about linen, so inspect your room on arrival and ask to move if it is not right.
